Buying From Longstone Shoes (Orthopaedic)

Making a purchase from us could not be safer or easier. We have teamed up with PayPal to give you extra piece of mind and to ensure that all your payment details are kept secure. In order to purchase from us, a PayPal account is NOT required. We accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal and you can even pay directly through your PayPal account if you have one.

Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation notice by e-mail to show that your order has been received. This notice is only for the purpose of acknowledging receipt of your order and does not constitute a contract between us. When your order has been accepted, an invoice for your order will be sent to you and hence a contract will then exist between us.

Guarantee

At Longstone Shoes (Orthopaedic), we are dedicated to customer service and to delivering products that are of the highest standard. If in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt, in original condition, to receive a full refund for the products. Back Orders

In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be kept updated on all back orders and given the option to cancel at any time if you would rather not wait.

Delivery Information

Delivery within the United Kingdom is free of charge. The cost of shipping to other regions will be displayed along with the products. We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible using Royal Mail first class, and you should normally receive your order within 14 days although international orders may take slightly longer. If we are aware of any issues which may lead to your order being delayed longer than this, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the delay.
